More than 24 hours before the experience: Eligible for a 90% refund.
12 to 24 hours before the experience: Eligible for a 50% refund.
Less than 12 hours before the experience: No refund will be provided.
Special Dates: Cancellations are not allowed for bookings made for 13th and 14th February (Valentine’s Special Packages) and Karva Chauth.
